Earn up to $17 to $20 per hour (base $14.50) working remotely with U-Haul. As a Full Time Agent you will be processing storage and moving containers and other product orders, resolving any customer issues or concerns and providing product knowledge.
Main responsibilities:
Acquire and provide knowledge about U-Haul’s products to customers, via email, chat and phone.
Process product orders.
Answer questions and resolve customer issues around product ordering.
Basic qualifications:
6 months customer facing experience via email, chat or phone.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
