Get paid between $26 and $28 per hour working remotely with Swing Education. As a Customer Service Coodinator you will be assisting customers with Swing’s platform and helping match highly qualified substitute teachers with schools.

Main responsibilities:

  • Process Zendesk tickets and answer through email and chat (no experience needed, they will train you)

  • Monitor customer pain points and suggest improvements to the team.

  • Suggest content for the Help Center.

Basic qualifications:

  • Some experience with tickets preferred (but not required)

  • Empathetic in understanding customer needs (customer first focus)

  • Professional and good communication.
