Get paid between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour working remotely with Revolve. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responding to customer requests via email, chat, text and phone.

Main responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via text, email, chat and phone.

  • Research/resolve customer complaints.

  • Escalate issues when necessary.

Basic qualifications:

  • ONLY 1 year customer care/service.

  • Be flexible in schedule options.

  • Open to change, attention to detail and excellent communication.

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Experience with Microsoft software products
