Get paid between $23 and $33 per hour working remotely with Penumbra. As a Customer Order Specialist III, you will be processing orders from home.

Main responsibilities:

  • Answer emails and inbound calls from customer general inquiries.

  • Review and process hospital orders.

  • Monitor shipments and deliveries and address any issues.

  • File customer complaints around orders.

Basic qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience (medical preferred)

  • High School Diploma

  • Microsoft Office
