Get paid between $17.40 and $26.06 per hour working remotely with Cox Automotive, a subsidiary of Cox Communications. As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will be responding to customer requests via email, chat and phone.

Main responsibilities:

  • Learn about and educate customers on products.

  • Resolve any customer issues, with a focus on a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Troubleshoot issues and make note of customer interactions, concerns to help make improvements.

Basic qualifications:

  • Less than 2 years experience in customer care/service.

  • Be flexible in schedule options.

  • Open to change, attention to detail and excellent communication.

  • Degree a plus (but not required); associates or bachelors
