Get paid between $23 and $31 per hour working remotely with Circle. As a Customer Care Coodinator you will be resolving general inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues through a ticket based system. No talking on the phone with customers!

Main responsibilities:

  • Resolve general customer inquiries

  • Troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Communicate clearly with customers to help them resolve their issues.

  • Managing multiple priorities.

Basic qualifications:

  • Some customer support experience is preferred (not required)

  • Customer first focus, caring, drive to learn, love figuring things out.
