Get paid $20 plus per hour (according to Glassdoor estimates) working remotely with Applied Systems. As a Customer Support Technician you will be assisting Customers via email, chat and phone with any inquiries related to questions of problems with their software.

Main responsibilities:

  • Answer email, chat or phone requests from customers.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting of issues with the company software applications.

  • Communicate/escalate issues when needed.

Basic qualifications:

  • 1 year customer service experience

  • Great at problem solving and customer focused

  • Experience with systems such as SalesForce, Freshdesk, Talkdesk a plus.
